WORKSHOPS are normally held on Saturday and involve a series of talks or lectures by one or more featured speakers. Small group discussion, individual activity and “break out” sessions may also be part of the program. Workshops usually begin at 9 AM and end at 2:30 PM. Check-in is always 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the program. Occasionally, workshops begin on Friday evening, with a 7 PM lecture or run all day Friday and Saturday. Past workshops have covered such topics as: Apologetics with Tim Staples, The Genius of Woman with Katrina Zeno, Making Sense of Scripture with Mark Shea, Behind the Fig Leaves with Christopher West, Images of Mary in Scripture with Ted Sri and others. Adult Education Series are usually scheduled to take place on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30 PM. A series may include as few as two sessions and as many as six or more sessions, depending on the topic. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the presentation. Past Series have included such topics as: The Reformation with Jeri Holladay, Sola Scriptura with Msgr. William Carr, Confession with Fr. Sherman Orr, The Seven Deadly Sins with Jeri Holladay, Inside the Book of Revelation with Msgr. William Carr, Keep Holy the Lord’s Day with Jeri Holladay and many others.
